3 First floor rooms plus shower room, of bungalow to rent out as a package for a single person/couple. In fact it is more like a self-contained flat having a shared front door.
The largest room (15ft X 15ft) has a kitchen area with hot plate, sink, combination/ microwave, fridge, freezer & cupboards. Also TV, settee, recliner chair and table and chairs.
The second room has a double bed and wardrobes.
The smallest room has a single bed, wardrobe and storage.
All rooms have central heating, double glazing and fantastic views over Dartmoor.
There is also a separate shower room with walk in shower, vanity sink & toilet.

NON SMOKERS ONLY>

WiFi and all household bills included.

Access to our downstairs kitchen is included, including washing machine and tumble drier.

Also you are welcome to use our large garden / patio.

Ample on street parking, on our very quiet road.

There is a double room and a single room available in total upstairs. If you are a couple interested then the charge would be £150 per week. The single bed can be removed from the second bedroom and converted to a lstudy if required. We also have a very mature quiet friendly Dog who will greet you whenever you come home.
