Room includes; Double bed with brand new 'Memory Foam' mattress, large wardrobe with drawers, bookcase, sofa, bedside table, computer desk (with desktop PC, monitor works as TV if required), TiVo box and very fast broadband. Also have a large table and a bench seat, all of which can be removed if not required.

No smoking in the house! I am a smoker and I sit outside whilst smoking.

I work as a store manager and work every weekend and Bank Holiday. It will be just myself and the cat here, although my brother may stay in the other spare room occasionally.

I pay the bills and the mortgage, so would like the house treated with a bit of respect.

Not into going out, loud music or parties, far too old for that!
