We have e a spacious garden and you'll have access to a parking space if you drive. There is also plenty of space outside the house if you’ve got visitors.

You'll have your own bathroom with a bath and shower. We will only really use it when we fancy a hot bubble bath.

Located a mile or so from Newton Abbot train station, the town centre and a 20 minute drive to Exeter, it is an ideal location. Close enough, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the busy traffic. Plymouth is also a 30 minute drive.

Ideally looking to share our lovely home with a professional or a student. Must be clean and tidy and we must meet before moving to have a coffee and cake and agree house rules.

We both enjoy the fresh outdoors and can often be found walking around dartmoor. We've recently tried paddle boarding, so we will be getting out on the rivers, lakes and seas as soon as we manage to buy them.

The monthly price is £450. Depending on excessive usuage, we may ask for a small increased fee (but we’ve not had to do this yet).
