I am a working professional running my own design company. I have the opportunity to invite someone new to share this luxury house with me and two other really great people. I am not here all the time, so I need a reliable person who will enjoy the benefits of the house and contribute to the relaxing atmosphere we all enjoy.

THE HOUSE
The house has been lavishly refurbished creating a spacious and relaxing environment in which to live. There are two fully furnished rooms complete with drawers, wardrobe and double beds and one unfurnished room. The house consists of four double bedrooms; one cloakroom; two shower rooms with toilet; a spacious dining room; very large kitchen with centre island and seats; conservatory with sofa, table and chairs; comfortable lounge; secluded back garden and patio; very large front garden with decking and table and chairs, and off-road and street parking. All rooms have internet access, and new windows.

LOCATION
The house is perfectly located for walking into town in 15 minutes. There is easy access to Torquay, Exeter and Plymouth by car. There are great views looking over to Dartmoor, which is only a short drive away for enthusiastic walkers; not to mention the numerous attractions and places to visit in the area.

LOOKING FOR
I am looking for a professional person who is very clean and tidy and who will appreciate and respect my home. I have a lovely cat which makes a house a home, so you will need to be an animal lover. I am not around all the time but when I am I enjoy meeting people and getting to know them as friends. Myself and the the other people in the house have become really good friends and we go out once every quarter for a meal and have a great time. Want to join us?

ABOUT ME
I am a very friendly person and very easy to get on with because I deal with people at all levels. I like to get to know people and help them if I can. I work also for another great housing company and always hear of other great rooms available in Newton abbot. So I always know of somewhere nice to live and very happy to help if you need somewhere to call home.
