I have a 2 rooms available. Very large
(5m x 5m) and also medium (3m x 5m) double room in a large cottage in a village on the edge of Exeter - Newton St Cyres (10 mins drive to Cowley side). House is owned by my employer and effectively provided by virtue of my employment.

Furnished or unfurnished room. Available to view by appointment

Parking available, plus a good and regular 10-15 minute bus and train service.

Large wood burner as well as central gas heating.

Walking distance to great local pub - The Beer Engine 10mins and Italian restaurant "Belluno," 2 mins

Post office in the village, 2 mins walk.

Sharing with one other professional from the area, principle tenant (and one chicken, Karen, in the large rear garden, which catches sun all day long).

I'm a tidy person, outgoing and have a fun and engaging career. I'm very much a food lover, by profession as well (I sell cheese). I surf and practice yoga. I enjoy spearfishing and foraging when the season is right! I also travel quite a bit for work and have an active social life.
