Large bedsit to let in coastal village of Northam, half mile from Westward Ho surf beach and Northam Burrows Country Park. Double fronted terrace house, over 200 yrs old, in the centre of the village with all amenities: shop, P. O, bus stops, church, newsagents etc. Full of character next to village church and beautiful view over Bideford Bay.

A light, spacious, recently decorated double room that includes double bed (with bedding), built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. It has views out the front and back of the property with parking just down the street. Decorated in neutral tones and stripped wood it has a warm, welcoming feel.

Shared character kitchen with Aga and earth tiled floor and bathroom with shower and bath.

I am a teacher in a local primary school and an artist and live with my daughter. We would welcome a house mate who is friendly and interesting, calm and trustworthy to share our home. Please no loud music, good at washing up and keeping their room clean and tidy.
