One family bathroom, a shared lounge, another shared lounge/dining room, a courtyard and shared kitchen. All shared with only one other flatmate and occasionally myself. Possibility of off road parking but free on street parking. South Zeal is a beautiful village on the edge of Dartmoor with 2 pubs and a community feel, I love my home and am continually striving to improve it. I'm happy to socialise but I like my own space too. Dogs on property but not usually within your part of the house. I'm looking to welcome lodgers who will love my home too and enjoy living here.
