E En Suite Attic Room No Longer Available

Mature professional person wanted to share my lovely terraced house with 1 other, in the small country town of Ottery st Mary from mid Feb. I have a double attic ensuite free to let, on a short term basis. Newly carpeted next week, I am preparing to sell the house after lockdown. It would suit someone who wants a short term place, who is quiet and who likes their own space. The attic has its own en suite. Photo's of room will be updated once carpet is laid.
You will be working f/t, and probably own a car because public transport is limited. There is street parking available outside and near by .

My house has a small garden and a nice breakfast room, middle dinning room/lounge, separate front lounge which I use when home, and 2 bathrooms, one en suite.

Easy access to the A30 and M5 and approximately ten miles into Exeter, 15 mins, with regular buses and train stations 2-3 miles away in Feniton or Whimple.
Situated in the road that goes towards Honiton, just 3 mins walk to the centre Square. Lovely country walks close by.
