Ideal room for most people

Double room- We have a bright, cosy clean, warm, double room available at this point only until mid April in our guest house ( minimum stay of 1 month). We are 80 yds form Preston seafront next to the main car park. The room has a double wardrobe/double bed/bedside tables/mirror/sink with hot and cold water/central heating/nets and curtains/kettle/bin/pictures/c olour tv with freeview channels. This room has it's own small en-suite( shower and toilet).You have your own key with 24/7 access and is on 2nd floor.
There are no cooking or laundry facilities in this room but a microwave/toaster supplied by yourself is fine and the laundrette is about 7mins walk away.
Smoking is allowed outside only and additional heaters are not permitted!! ( this guest house is warm and controlled by our central heating).
The rent of £90per week is payable strictly on a weekly or fortnightly basis directly from the person renting the room and nobody else and will include all bills.
A fully returnable deposit of £120 is required ( pending on no damage to room or contents and the required notice been given).
This room is for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum up to around mid April 2020 and with 2 weeks notice required.
