6 bedroom fairly modern house based in Paignton/Goodrington. Several mins walk into PAIGNTON town, 10mins walk to bus station and train station several mins walk to Young’s park. Off road parking. Great location in summer as close to everything.
Fairly quiet road, there is a railway behind the house but it’s not a noise hazard.

There are stairs in the property to the bathroom.

It’s a nicely sized cosy warm room
There is a separate fridge freezer for individual tenants use.

We have a puppy, 8months old, short haired good temperament, friendly.
(Still toilet training on mats in the bathrooms)

We have 2 children (girls) living in the property at least 4 nights a week. The children are 7 and 11yrs old. We host students in the summer as well so at times there can be more people in the house, all eating together or enjoying each other’s company, in the winter period it’s less busy. (Not till 2021 now)

We like to watch films, listen to music, spend time with kids and family, welcoming students and others into the house like one big family! (Not during Covid)
We have a few rules
As follows
No smoking in the house, no excessive drinking , taking drugs or partying ,no shoes on in the house, tidying up after yourself, rinse dishes and put in dish washer, no loud noise after 9pm at night, respecting other people’s property and privacy.

Social distancing must be adhered as well as frequent hand washing please at all times. (Hand gel is provided through out the property to be used)
