*Tenancy pending* Large double room

We have a large double room to let. There is access to a shared modern bathroom, kitchen and living room with additional access to a large tiered garden. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac that is tucked behind Paignton Zoo with plenty of on street parking. We are situated within a very short walk to Asda, Sainsbury's and McDonald's. We have 2 cats in the house (Thor and Helgi) so we wouldn't be able to accommodate any other pets. Rent also includes all bills, internet access via WiFi use of washing machine and dryer, own undercounter fridge and use of shared freezer. First month's rent and deposit to be paid upfront.

Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to let a room to a couple at this point. Ideally we would be looking for a single occupant.

Our names are Kyle and Ellie and we are looking for a lodger to house share with. We are a friendly, chilled pair and we have many interests! We enjoy things like reading, gaming, watching TV and cooking. We also like getting to know new people and we are fairly sociable with friends (although Covid has put a stop to that)!

We are both full time working professionals and frequently work from home. We are also modernising our home so we decorate and complete little DIY tasks at the weekends as well.

Just so you know, there are steps up to the front door but don't let that put you off! The room is very large and freshly decorated too.

The room is part furnished but extra can be added if required. We would consider short term lets with a minimum term of 1 month, just chat it through with us. Deposit would be £200. Rent is £400pcm, paid in advance. We would also consider weekday only lets and therefore rent could be adjusted depending on circumstance.
