Fully furnished double room for rent. £550 a month, all bills included and your own parking space on drive at front of property. WiFi, Netflix etc also included.

We’re based in Payhembury in East Devon. There is a lovely local village pub less than 1 minutes walk from house and excellent local shop within a 2 minute walk. Train station in next village (Feniton) which is 1.5 miles away with direct lines to Exeter and london Waterloo. 25 minutes from local beaches, Sidmouth and Exmouth. 1 hour from north Devon coast.

I work at the local primary school and my husband is a hockey coach. He works away in London for most of the week but is home on a Friday and Saturday.

We have a beautiful little girl who has just turned 7. She’s great company and very sociable. We spend all of our spare time outside, exploring beaches so it’s pretty quiet at home.

We’ve spent a lot of time creating our lovely, south facing back garden. It’s a beautiful, quiet space to relax in with views into local fields and as we’re at the end of a lane there is no traffic. We’ve recently installed a jacuzzi hot tub which you’re very welcome to use whenever you like.

We’ve always had house mates so we’re very used to having people around and we would love for you treat our home as your own and feel comfortable to use all of the spaces.

PLEASE NOTE: we do let the whole property out as a holiday let for the 6 weeks summer holiday (mid July and all of August)
