I have a double ensuite bedroom to rent in my home. It can be furnished or unfurnished. You will have use of the lounge, kitchen, garden and garage for storage if needed. The on street parking is free.
The house is a 5 minute walk to Pinhoe train station, which takes 4 minutes to get in the Exeter cental and costs £2.10 return (I use it most days and is very reliable. The buses also run regularly in and out of town.. Sowton estate and the Science park are both easy walking distance and there is a cycle path that goes from Pinhoe all the way into town.
This is my home and i would like to live with someone who will make it their home too.
