I have a good size double room to let In my lovely house for a single person. It is fully furnished and I will provide sheets and duvets. if required. There is a comfortable sofa in the rooms also. There is a garden you can use also. The bathroom will be shared with my grown up daughter who works a fair bit The house is only 3 years old, so it’s clean and tidy. There is on street parking at the back of the property. I also have a bit of space in the garage if you need to store a bike or surplus furniture. Bedroom is on the first floor with double ottoman bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. It is a first floor and you can see from the floor plan that the lounge is on the same floor.
Pinhoe Train station is approximately 7 minutes walk away which takes around 5 minutes to central station, so there are good links straight into the town centre. There is also a regular bus service outside the house. I am also very close to the Met Office, Sowton, Science Park, Airport and M5.


I am a live in Landlady and have a daughter who is 28 who also lives with me. We both work full time. My previous lodgers have all enjoyed living here so I hope you do too.
