The room available does not incur any charges for registration fees or sign up fees. There is a deposit required, this will be registered with a tenancy deposit scheme.
The house is Gas Safe certificated and we are registered as landlords of HIMOs properties with Plymouth City Council. It is also electrically inspected with a certificate . This is genuinely a very homely house in a good residential area close to the university, bus routes and the city, its also very close (1 minute) from Freedom Fields Park - which has sea views. Its a short walk yo local shops snd you can park outside also.
