-Rent is £400 per month
-Includes Internet
-Gas and electric are included in the rent but capped at a certain amount per month. Anything above this is split between all tenants.
-3 or six month tenancies available for exchange, language or Erasmus students.
-We can provide bedding, towels and kitchenware for international students.

We are seeking a quiet, friendly, clean and tidy person to move in with us in September when one of our friends leaves to move away.

One of us is a student while the other works in marketing. Both of us are queer leftists, meaning that we'd like to live with someone who has similar views. In our spare time we like having our friends round for dinner, watching movies on our projector, and sometimes we get into mischief with local activists and community organisers.

One of us is vegan, the other is omni. Omni doesnt cook meat in the kitchen without asking permission and thoroughly cleaning utensils afterwards. Vegan would prefer not to live with another meat eater just in terms of cross contamination.
