I am re-letting my spacious en-suite bedroom in Tamar House (city centre). The building has a few communal areas including a study room, table tennis room, pool table room, TV lounge and a laundry room (washing machine + tumble dryer). It’s close to all local amenities, including Drake Circus and The Barcode.
It’s £135 per week, inclusive of all bills. I need to move out as soon as possible, and willing to drop the price to £120-125 and pay the remaining £10-15 per week for you if £135 seems a little too high.
The other bedroom is occupied by a girl who’s very friendly and easy-going. Tenancy finishes on the 17th of August 2020.
