Double room available to move into now. This property is neutrally decorated. Clean and tidy, and also kept maintained to a high standard by an attentive landlord. A viewing is highly recommended.

All rooms always comes freshly painted with each new tenant. Bedroom carpet has been professionally cleaned to an immaculate standard. All rooms comes with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bed side cabinet. A desk and chair can be supplied if required (optional). There is a TV aerial point and plenty of electrical sockets.

The Kitchen/communal area is the hub of the house. You can relax on the sofa watching TV, sipping a beer or glass of wine. Or chat to the other housemates while they cook their meal, or eat at the breakfast bar.
Kitchen includes usual basics like hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, large fridge freezer etc. Breakfast bar and stools. Wall mounted led tv/dvd. Sofa.

There are two bathrooms in the property. Bathroom 1 is on the ground floor and is used by the boys.
Bathroom 2 is on the first floor. This is the girls bathroom as the girls bedrooms are also on this floor. Both bathrooms have baths and separate shower enclosures, and the showers are mains thermostatic mixer showers (more powerful than electric!). So basically the downstairs bathroom is shared by the boys. While the upstairs bathroom is shared by the girls.

Fortnightly cleaner of all communal areas.

Property has double glazing throughout. Gas central heating which has an annual gas safety check. Fibre optic broad band. £80 per wk will include ALL BILLS right down to the TV license and parking permit also included.

The garden is low maintenance stone chippings. There is an enclosed, secure bike storage. Washing line. Security light. Outdoor tap. And another exit/entrance onto the rear service lane.

Current housemates are mostly quiet, friendly working professionals that get along with each other but also respect each others space and privacy. There is no smoking within the house, but people that smoke are welcome. Smoking is strictly in the back garden.

Two minutes walk to bus stops and local co-op store. 15 minutes walk from City and Barbican area.

Rent can be paid at £350 per calendar month or £80 per week.
