We have one spacious furnished bedroom available from the 15th of March 2021 until the end of September. The room can be rented from 1 month to 6 months.
The flat is bright and spacious with high ceilings and windows, overlooking Freedom Fields park. The flat has a big lounge, a large kitchen with a space up to 5/6 people, 1 bathroom (shower, bath and toilet) and one more toilet, a long balcony with a sea view. There is also a dish washer, washing machine and a large fridge/freezer that, as a bonus, also dispenses ice-cubes.
There is no agency fees and the rent is £400 with all bills included if you are student. As the other flatmates are PhD students, we are preferably looking for a post-graduate or mature student. We both love cooking, socialising, outdoors and plants. The area and the house has its own entrance and is quiet. We are looking for someone quiet who respects the neighbourhood (no big parties, when a party is organised, the neighbours have to be notified)
