I am a full time firefighter and therefore work shift patterns. I will only be at the house a maximum of 2 nights a week so the Tennant will have the property alone 90% of the time.
I have 2 kids one is 13 and the other 3 who occasionally stay over. They share a single room so the Tennant will have to accept and respect this.
I am a clean, tidy and respectful person and would expect any Tennant to be the same and treat my house with respect. The property is fully furnished with broadband provided.
I am an easy going bloke that loves to socialise so very easy to get on with.
