Double Room available in lovely Chill House.

Hey, I'm Fay, I have a double room available in my 3 bed house in Whitleigh. I am currently in the process of redecorating, nothing too imposing though!

I like a chilled clean house, and enjoy going to the pub, beach, having BBQ's going camping/festivals etc. In the winter I enjoy movie evenings, Christmas markets and walks on the moors.

I'd like a female lodger who is happy to entertain themselves but also likes to have a movie night, pub night, garden bbq etc.

I work from home Monday-Friday 9-5 and due to the nature of my work (handling sensitive information) would prefer not to have anyone working shift work that would require them to be home during these hours. Ofcourse annual leave & sick days are an exception!

You will have a double room overlooking the garden, shared bathroom with myself, and there will soon be a craft room that can be shared. There is also a downstairs W/C.

The kitchen is spacious and you'll have your own cupboards and fridge/freezer to store whatever you like.

A washing machine, tumble dryer & washing line is available for your use.

The garden comprises of three levels and has a nice grassed area aswell as two patios.. perfect for BBQs and parties.

The house is on a main bus route and an 8 mins to the hospital.

Off street parking is available for my car and yours.
