This lovely home has a big communal kitchen, a living room area with a large flat screen TV which is great for socialising after work as you prepare a meal.

Your housemates will all be full time working professionals (aged between 20-40), who like nothing better than to kick back and relax after a busy days work, in this quiet and friendly house.

We also have a fortnightly cleaner, that cleans and sanitises the all communal areas to help ensure the house is regularly kept safe and clean.

We have several schemes to help you move in but typically you would need to pay one months rent in advance plus a deposit of £250. There are no other fees that apply.

There is lots of on-street parking right outside your front door for those that drive.

Plus, to the rear of the house there is a nice private court yard that you can make use of should you want to sip a glass of Prosecco alfresco or barbecue in the summer.
