This is a flat I have owned for six years. It's three beds and two bathrooms and is in a great location!
The new tenant(s) must be reliable with the rent. Housing benefits are considered.
Welcome any viewings at your convenience. Couples are welcome at a small extra weekly cost, but the room isn't huge.
The room has a TV, wardrobe, fridge, cupboard, double bed and a desk. You can decide between a damage deposit of four weeks or paying rent four weeks in advance. I prefer ongoing weekly instalments, a 6-month term (you can find a replacement to take the room if you want to leave sooner) and 28 days' notice to quit at the end of the term.
It's on Lipson Road (PL4), near the junction of Tothill Avenue and Gascoyne Place. It's a short walk to Drake's Circus, Ebrington Street, Mutley Plain, North Hill, Plymouth University and the Aldi on Greenbank.

What I care about more than anything is finding friendly, respectable individuals who are always kind to others and will respect the space and others living in the building and clean up after themselves. Smoking is not allowed inside.
I must insist on no drinking/drug problems or criminal history. Home should be peaceful and treated as a family home. I don't mind pets, but the room is really too small for very large pets.
The room is available at any time. Viewings at your convenience as I work from home and am open all day for short periods.
We have lots of kitchen storage space, a washing machine, a dryer, and bath/showers.
Rent includes all household bills.
I'm a private landlord, so there are no fees, but I can provide a contract for the duration of the tenancy.
A kitchen and small dining area exist, but no shared living room exists. The space available shares a bathroom with another room. The ensuite room is not available.
Rent includes bills. Parking is resident's parking for £30/year.
No additional fees, but we will require the "right to rent check" docs, ID, address reference, proof of earnings or benefits etc.
