I'm looking for a lodger as my house is too big for one person. I have a large furnished bedroom at the front (south facing so always nice and light) available for someone friendly who likes cats, as I have two.
I'm happy to consider somebody with their own cat but not really for any other pets I'm afraid.
A cleaner visits every other week to keep the place clean and tidy. There is space in the garage for a bike and there is a basic gym in the spare room that you're welcome to use.
I'm easy going and like living in a relaxed environment.
