The room before I moved in, as you can expect to find it...

I am moving out of my lovely room that i've been in for 2 years as my university semester has an early finish.
So the rental agreement would be the new tenant taking over my current rental agreement, between END OF APRIL 2025- AUGUST 31st 2025, The rental amount is greatly reduced due to offset payments made earlier in the tenancy (so it's a bargain!). The standard room price this year is £156/week.
It's a clean, bright room, a lovely blank canvas for any personal touches as you can see in the images.
This is a student halls-style flat.
The location is lush, it's just down from the Hoe, about a 10 minute walk to the water. The room is on floor 8 so you get an amazing view! They have just this week installed a brand new gym so you will also have access to this...
Reception is brilliant, and they do regular maintenance to keep everything in order.
Bin storage is downstairs, plus washing facilities (paid - circuit laundry) and secure bike storage.
