Looking for someone to take over tenancy

I'm trying to cancel my tenancy with beckley for the next academic year but I can't do that unless I find a replacement tenant so is anyone looking for an ensuite on the first floor? It is a female only flat. Please tell your friends and lmk if you are interested. I still have my keys so I can show anyone around until like the 6th of July

So the room would be the first room of flat 022. It's an ensuite so it has a shower and bathroom inside the room. I think it was the biggest room in the flat. There will be three other people in the same flat and the kitchen is shared

I have included a photo of the price and it works out as about £22.43 a night, I don't have access to pictures of the room right now but would be happy to let you view the room and bathroom as well as the shared kitchen until the given date.

At Beckley, there are study rooms, communal areas that contains games, pool table, ping pong table, football table and a smart TV area, there is also a sky lounge which looks stunning at night as well as a cinema room and a gaming room. It is about 5 minutes from the university and is right next to Tesco and Sainsbury's as well as a minute away from the city centre.
