Lipson rd is located close to Plymouth city centre, Mutley plain & Plymouth uni.
The rent includes a regular communal clean from our loverly house keeper , Lauren ( who also does our viewings) council tax, tv license, water & wireless broadband. No move in fees.
Gas and electric is payed via a smart meter shared equally between the house mates
The 2 ladies and 1 guy who currently live here are fun and sociable and enjoy living in a clean and tidy house. They often go quiz nights together and are looking for someone who will be a good fit.
We do not accept smoking inside the property & pets.
