Lovely art-filled house in the quiet part of Plymouth,
5-minute walk to the train station or University. Convenient buses are only 75 meters away. 4 Supermarkets within 100 meters. Parking is in abundance on the street with permits costing £30 per year.

Housecleaner comes every 2 weeks to service the TWO kitchens and common bathrooms and public areas. A lovely and quiet house with tenants that are interviewed by myself, a happy Landlord that wants everyone in the house to get along well together. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. It's a quiet, safe place to live, and several of the current tenants have lived here between 5 and 8 years, so we must be doing something right.. This is my only HMO property and I do everything in my power to make my tenant's lives as comfortable as possible. My tenants are encouraged to communicate with me whenever they feel they need to.

Our current tenants are chilled, mature Professional people who get along well with everyone, because they are all interviewed by me, not an Agent. We also have 2 Post Graduate Mature students, one doing her PhD and the other a Masters's Degree.

The house also has two washer/dryers in addition to the private one for the ensuite room, and TWO Kitchens, one on the top floor and one on the ground floor. No issues with timing as everyone has different schedules these days.

All my tenants are mature professional people and mature Grad Students, No Pets and no couples, please. Mature individuals over 23 years old are very welcome.

Electric Bicycles and Scooters are NOT welcome in or near the house. We can't put so many people at risk.
