Rooms are of excellent quality In a marvellous house with kitchen / dinner, lounge with French doors to rear patio, cleaning of communal areas every 2 weeks, secure and dry basement area .

The house is in a quiet cul de sac .with on street parking (no permit required) and within 30 metres of co op store and bus route

House is Licensed by Plymouth council for 7/occupants and either room is suitable for double occupancy by a couple (subject to £145 per month additional payment) .

Rent includes all household bills including council, tax, just food to pay for ! The rent reflects the recent increases in energy costs . Although one room is not en-suite there are 2 family bathrooms shared between 4 rooms and this non en-suite room is situated within 1 metre of one of the family bathrooms.

Both rooms have a double bed (4’6’’) desk and chair, wardrobe , chest of drawers, 8 electric points and wi fi.

Located about 15 minute walk from Town centre and University there is also co-op and bus stop 30 metres away. Not only does this area have good access to the city, but also fast/easy access to the A38!

The house is comfortable, relaxed and very welcoming. In fact we often get tenants who have left coming back.
