Lovely double room in very peaceful house!

Thank you for your interest in our large double room on Palmerston Street in Stoke, Plymouth

We have just had one of our double rooms become available in our house in Stoke, it will be available to let in the next few weeks!

We take real pride in our house trying to make it feel like a real home for our residents, we personally manage the house ourselves and offer a fortnightly clean and are on call for any maintenance issues.

The house is on a quiet backwater with no through main traffic, so very peaceful, with on street parking, there is a shop only a couple of minutes walk away, Devonport and the city centre are in easy reach of the house.

With three floors the rooms are well spaced out giving you plenty of space with peace and quiet!

It has a large TV lounge leading to a large kitchen/diner which looks out onto a lovely enclosed south facing garden which has its own garden furniture!

Our rooms come inclusive of all bills paid, Superfast Virgin broadband, and netflixs package to all the house and TV lounge where you can relax and watch from a 3 piece corner hugging settee!

The house has really good on street parking, on a nice quiet road!
