Room & Dog Sitting Opportunity

Calling all dog lovers! Opportunity to live with gorgeous, affectionate 8 month old cockapoo puppy! Sharing with 2 professionals and a friendly 10 year old cat.

Looking for someone experienced with dogs who would be available to offer 3 days a week dog sitting whilst I am at work (ideally Tue-Thu but some flexibility may be possible), and possibly some evenings and the occasional week or weekends when I am on holiday.

Open to 2 different payment options: either you pay monthly rent of £375 and I pay you separately for dog sitting, or you pay a reduced monthly rent of £72 in exchange for a set minimum number of hours dog sitting.

About the house:
Single room furnished with storage bed, tall bedside drawers shelves and space for a small wardrobe or desk. There is also an option to use half the landing cupboard which has a hanging rail in it. (Bedroom photo for room size only, furniture is different.)

Facilities include shared use of open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner, bathroom, and garden. There is an additional lounge which tends to only be used by me but you are welcome to come in and have chats with me if you would like that. :-) Unrestricted on-street parking. Fibre Broadband (37 mbps).

Local amenities include Lidl, Co-op stores, shops, cafés, pubs, in Stoke Village and Wolsely Road. Central Park and Life Centre all within 10 minute walk. On well-serviced bus routes to the City Centre and Derriford, 20 min walk to Plymouth train station, 30 min walk to city centre and 10 min walk to dock yard.

About us:
I am 39, employed in community support work, enjoy sharing my home with others and am friendly and outdoorsy. My current lodger has been here for 2 years and is, a 26 year old teacher who only spends 1 night a week here at the moment as the rest of the time he stays at his girlfriend's house.

We'd love to find a reliable, easy going, friendly, clean, tidy, respectful person to join us in our non-smoking household.

Rent is £375pcm, inclusive of utility bills, council tax and wi-fi OR £72pcm if in exchange for a set minimum number of hours dog sitting. Deposit and references required in either case.
