we have 1 room available in our wonderful house share on St Judes Road in Plymouth and Only 5 minutes walk into the City centre. These are quite unique rooms compared to our other 40+ rooms in the City because it's in the heart of a vibrant social area but in a lovely quiet homely house.

2 min walk from the bus routes! With pubs and restaurants all around. It's a popular location for Plymouth University and young professionals due to the restaurants and coffee shops on the high street just around the corner.

This area is the most popular hang out in Plymouth for the pubs, wine bars and coffee shops.

Unlike most properties on the market, my properties are NON-CLINICAL, that means they all have character and a homely feel as opposed to feeling like your just renting a room and walking on egg shells all the time. This will be your home and you can treat it as such, no one will pester you and you will not be pestered by me for rent as we will set-up a standing order each month.

Qualifying criteria to be eligible for room:
- Must be in employment
- Minimum age 23, although mature working professionals as young as 21 will be considered.
- No children allowed to stay over at property
- Students will be considered.

Our rooms are fantastic VALUE for money in the City of Plymouth , hence why my rooms usually have a waiting list and go very fast!

If you like this room or any of my other rooms and would like to be added to my waiting list - please send me a message and I will let you know as and when new rooms become available. The average wait is 2 weeks, but can sometimes be a few days or up to 4 weeks.

There is no deposit for this room, I take my tenants on trust with a guarantor certificate. Referencing will be required and takes up to 2 days to complete.
