We do accept couples and are open minded about accepting mature students.

Sorry, we don't take dss and there are no pets of any kind allowed.

Located just off Stuart Rd, near the Penny Come Quick Roundabout, the house is close to the train station which is just a 10 minute stroll away.

Local shops are just 2 minutes away as are local buses that take you both into town or out to Derriford / Marjon's, making it really easy to get around the whole city if you don't have a car.

For those with a car, there is plenty of on street parking available right outside the front of the house.

The house itself has recently been refurbished this week, so everything is fresh, clean and has that new feel!

There is a communal lounge with a 40" flatscreen tv, a shared kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms and 2 toilets to make sure you don't get caught short if one bathroom isn't free.

The current housemates are a friendly, sociable mix of men and women (aged 21-40) that work full time (hence the no party house request).

ALL BILLS are included in the rent, which also includes super fast (350Mb) internet from Virgin, making it easy to plan your budget as you have no additional monthly costs!

We have several schemes to help you move in but typically you would need to pay one months rent (£365) in advance plus £250 deposit. There are no other fees or hidden charges that apply.

The room available is fully furnished and is ready to move into straight away for the right person!
