We are 45 min drive to Exeter city centre.
Crediton and Tiveton both 20 mins away.
Im a fulltime healthcare professional working long shifts. My parther, Dave, works away. The other lodger keeps himself to himself.
This is a gently delapidating house with all the artefacts that a family aquires over many years.
The house does have a number of querks and may not suit everyone.
If you do like it there is a comfy home to be made here in respectful company.
If you make this your home you will, of course, enjoy full use of kitchen, bathroom, lounge and garden.
You will have full use of household appliances including washing macine, tumble and a dishwasher.
Includes broadband, logs, coal and bird food !
Resident cat, Rufus, is friendly but not needy.

Room for hobbies, muddy boots, cycles, tack.
Your visitors/children welcome.
