I'm looking for someone (single occupancy only) who is employed and working (but not working from home as there is no desk space), and is neat and tidy and easy going. This room will suit someone looking for temporary accommodation as storage is limited to the bedroom.

There is parking on the road near the entrance to the property, and a garden at the end of the drive.

I have an elderly house cat so you will need to be happy with a cat.

The flat is on the 1st floor and there is no elevator.

There is no substitute for seeing the flat. It is a lovely place to live with nice neighbours in a great location.
