Silverton is a quiet village about 15 minutes drive from central Exeter ; it has two pubs, a Spar shop and is on a bus route..
Weekly fish and chip van and pizza van, occasionally Thai food too.

The house will be shared with live-in female owner, who is not a meat eater but is happy to accept a considerate carnivore..
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chair, chest of drawers plus small bedside drawers.
The bathroom is shared; there is second toilet downstairs.

The living room has underfloor heating and a hearth for an open fire .
There is a free community car park a few minutes from the door.
Looking to share with someone who likes a peaceful life - is ecologically minded, sociable yet appreciative of their own space. ( which probably describes me too).

Happy for. 1 or 2 days a week working or studying from home.
