Top floor of 3 story house modern new build for rent.

The top floor has 2 large rooms and it's own bathroom (bath, shower, toilet and sink)

Can be Furnished with Bed and Wardrobe if required or empty.

I am the owner who lives in the middle floor with my own on-suite bedroom. There is also a living room on this floor. I am a professional working landlord who is DBS checked for my job in education. I also away most weekends and school holidays.

The lower floor has the shared kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, cupboards for own storage and all utensils, pots, pans etc.

The lower floor also has a large dinning room, sitting room, large sofa, large table and can have a Television if required.

Outside small courtyard, large table, 6 chairs and BBQ area.

There is car parking for 2 cars and easy on street car parking next to house.

Very clean too. (House/Kitchen cleaned twice a week).

Professional/working only, and no smoking (even in garden etc), also no pets please.

I have specified female only and Spare room has asked me to add reasons for this. The reasons is that I spend most weekends and school holidays away from the house and I have found in the past female house sharers to be more respectful and conscientious house mates. As a home owner and given the time I am away from the house this is very important aspect.
