Bathroom is only shared if other guest room occupied . Room has wardrobe space, chest of drawers, small table, chair, wifi and an Alexa. Kettle and cups supplied, linen and towels if required. (Our own ensuite room is 2nd floor.)
Shared use of living room, kitchen, small garden. A 7am-10pm shop is 1 mins walk. Plenty of off street parking.
We are used to having lodgers and look forward to meeting you. We will need a reference but just a phonecall to your previous host is all that's needed.
