1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom house, unfurnished. Shared living room, kitchen diner, utility room and 2 bathrooms. Paved back garden with access on to Victoria park.
Ideally rent to a postgrad student, or working professional.

Generally quite a quiet house who enjoy outdoor adventures, a good dinner party. We are all working professionals so out of the house a lot and keep the communal areas clean to respect each other. There are set spaces for food and items in kitchen, living room, bathrooms and utility room but we share most things. We are a mix of gay and straight people so open to all sexual orientations and a mix of vegetarians and meat eaters.

The house is a 4 story beautiful home. The bedroom available is on the fourth floor, gets lots of light and has a shared bathroom next to the room with the Male housemate. The other two housemates are on the second floor. The third floor is an open plan kitchen and living room, the first floor is the utility room and a large basement for storing things like bikes, surfboards, SUP boards etc. The front door is on the 3rd floor but the back door is on the 1st floor - hard to explain without seeing it.
