Room to let in our family home. Close to town centre and train station - no longer than 10 minutes away. Looking for professional person to share our home. Person to be tidy, quiet and respectful of our home.
Room available has a double bed and bedside cabinets. Recently decorated and carpeted.
We ourselves are working professionals who have the option to work from home so can be home a lot. We do spend most evenings in and are at home during the weekend.
Happy to spend time over a cup of tea but don’t want to be in each other’s pockets.
Communal areas such as Kitchen, lounge and dining room are shared. Bathroom is shared with one other who rents our second room. Washing machine available, potential off road parking but generally space on the road, garden access.
We have two cats who will seek fuss if it is shown to them.
Bills included and access to broadband. Minimum stay 2 months but can be flexible. References please.
