This space would be ideal for a professional couple working in the area or in a nearby town (Exter). We are situated very close to all amenities - a couple of minutes from the train station, shops and beach.

There are shared areas, including two outdoor patios, a kitchen/diner/lounge area, utility area (washing machine and dryer)

The room is in an old house, and forms part of the ground floor flat. It has two futon single beds, that form a comfortable double when pushed together.
The room is divided into a clothes area, and an ensuite shower/toilet with sink and heated towel rail.. Everything is modern and recently built. The room is carpeted with central heating. There is a kettle and space for making drinks in the room.

There is no parking on the premises, nor in the street. There are parking areas within a few minutes walk, these require permits obtainable from the council.

There is wifi in the whole flat. There is no TV.

Short let’s considered as We travel - so may be away some of the time. For this reason we prefer to have someone interested in staying for a couple of months minimum.
