You have the entire upstairs to yourself.
I have an en-suite bedroom downstairs.

We would share the secure garden and well equipped kitchen and I’d have no objections to you using the downstairs lounge/dinning room.

Looking for tidy, quiet, working single person. No couples. Non smoker.
Must like cats and dogs (I’m thinking of getting one 😁)

On-road parking only which can get challenging in the summer.
