Double room in modern spacious flat

Hello! I am looking for a flatmate to live with me in my first floor flat in Teignmouth. The room is a double (3.9 x 3.3) and has bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinets.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from Teignmouth train station (with links to Torquay, Newton Abbot and Exeter) and less than 10mins walk from the beach and town centre. Exeter is a 30 minute drive from here and Torquay is about 20.

You will have use of all the communal areas in the flat, including kitchen/living area, office and laundry room. I have my own en suite with shower so most of time the bathroom will only be used by you. There is also an outside patio area shared between the 3 flats.

A bit about me: I’m in my 30s, work in education and spend most of my free time doing sport. I’m friendly and enjoy chats and company. Open to sharing cooking and eating together (splitting the cost), but also happy to be independent.

I live in a shared building with neighbours below so am looking for someone who likes a relaxing place to live and is considerate of others around them.

The room is available for 6 months initially and can then be extended by mutual agreement.
