Lovely large double room to rent 6 miles (about a 15 minute drive) north of Exeter in the really pretty village of Thorverton. The flat is on the first floor of an old Georgian Rectory and has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. It has spacious, bright rooms with large windows, high ceilings and a large communal garden.

The village is home to two pubs, a post office, a doctors surgery and an excellent village shop. There is also a farm shop about a mile down the road. Crediton and Tiverton are also within a 15/20 minute drive.

The room comes with a king size bed, a chest of drawers and under bed storage. There is a large sash window and access to all communal rooms in the flat.

All bills are included (WiFi, electricity/gas/water, tv licence and council tax) there is also off road parking available.

You will be living with my lovely flat mate Kathryn as I have decided to flee the nest. Kathryn works as a primary school teacher and is a down to earth, fun-loving individual who is looking for a sociable and like minded flatmate.
