There is plenty of parking and large garden. Tiverton town centre is 8-10minute walk and house is opposite 55bus stop.
Looking for a fun, active and clean professional housemate.
£350 per month included all Bill's.
Ideally mon-fri let but will consider full week letting.
Deposit of £400, and references will be required.
