Near to Tesco Express, Moorhayes pub and chinese takeaway.
It is also fully equipped with smoke and fire alarms and has a nice smart TV. The rent includes all bills and wi-fi broadband. Being a smoker is no problem but there is no smoking in the house (there is a back yard). Must like dogs. Female prefered.
