Plenty of storage, queen pocket sprung mattress, a shared bathroom, a shared large living-room-kitchen-diner, an outside shared cycle shed. 50 yards from the Exe estuary cycle trail and just 200 yards from Aldi. It’s a brand new first floor low carbon flat with triple glazing and mechanical vent heat recovery = super lovely quiet fresh indoor environment. There is plenty of kitchen storage, dish washer, washer dryer, fridge freezer, induction hob, double oven, 50” smart TV, 200 mbps Virgin broadband and everything was brand new as of Oct 2019.
