Double Room Available

I am offering a furnished double room in Torquay, in a two bedroom house. I'm putting the room up early to gather interest and give people plenty of time for notices.

House renovated when I personally moved in way back in 2019. Mostly everything was touched up, modified and improved in some way. All photos are recent.

Living room is shared. The tv has all the usual streaming services like disney+, amazon, netflix.

All utilities included. Gas is metered, electricity is on prepay, internet is fibre from Virgin.

There is one shared bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a tumble dryer.

There is plenty room for free parking in the area, but not specifically on the property. There is no permit required.

The room is available for viewing.

Open to small pets as long as they have a well behaved owner. I have a cat, Zeno, and he's a doofus. I sometimes babysit my mum's dog as well. Goes without saying but the applicant must like animals, otherwise it ain't gonna work.

As for me, im your average 30 year old just plodding along. I like to keep to myself but you'll sometimes find me watching F1, a series or having a nap downstairs.
