The house is impeccably furnished and we deliver a relaxing environment in which to live. Rooms are fully equipped rooms complete with drawers, mirrors, wardrobes and bed with new mattresses.

You will have access to a fully loaded, large communal kitchen which has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezers and plates cutlery etc. You will also have the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer.

As well as a Fully fitted kitchen and communal breakout/dining area, we also have sunny private balcony/patio area.

THE ROOM

Room has fitted carpet, wardrobes, bedside cabinets and dressing table/desk & chairs. Most of the rooms are ensuite with a private power, vanity sink and wc..

All bills are included and all rooms have internet access
LOCATION

The house is perfectly located, a short walk from Torre and Torquay train stations. Walking into town takes 10 minutes. There is also easy access to the bus station and local shopping outlets. This is a tranquil yet vibrant location with many shops, bars, takeaways and cafes a 1 minute walk away. There is unregulated parking within a 10 second walk.
