The house is close walking distance to Torquay town and 5 minutes driving to the hospital. There is local supermarkets in walking distance and close to public transport such as bus and Torquay train station. The other tenants are quite clean and tidy so would suit a similar individual. Partners are welcome to stay but not too frequently as this is a single let. I do stay at the property and have my own room when I am in Torquay but not often. There is on street parking or a shared drive but can only fit 2 cars. The room is available from 2nd November.
